Exceptional Achievement: Established SERAS, addressing the development needs of research staff, and pioneered a teaching opportunity program enabling researchers to become an Associate of Higher Education Academy

Skills Gained: Gained expertise in designing development programs and leading large-scale events, negotiating opportunities, chairing committee meetings

Implementation: Directed the organization of workshops and events, including the first SERAS symposium with significant academic and industrial participation encouraging entrepreneurship among postdocs

Impact: Enhanced the professional and personal development of research staff, enabled them to secure permanent academic jobs, fostering an engaging and supportive research community
